Overview
If you are having issues with your local Outlook, or are temporarily using a computer that has not been configured with your outlook account, you will be able to access your emails from any web browser using Outlook Web Access - OWA.
Accessing OWA
Open any browser you wish to use, and type the following in:
https://mail.YOURDOMAIN.com.au/owa
Please replace YOURDOMAIN with your companies domain name.
As an example, Consulting IT and any clients who's emails are hosted by Consulting IT would use the following URL:
https://mail.consultingit.com.au/owa
In the username field please enter the username you would normally use to logon to your terminal server or work computer i.e. firstname.lastname@organisation.com.au and the associated password.
If you experience issues with this please try using either Microsoft edge or internet explorer as the browser.
This will allow you to access your mailbox as normal when you are unable to access the outlook desktop app.
