If you have a new mobile device and need to reconfigure your Duo, please follow the guide below.
Instructions
1. First step is to download the Duo app from either the App Store or Google Play
2. Request a re-activation SMS from Consulting IT
3. Once the SMS has arrived, click the most recent link (any other links will be expired).
4. Click the "Activate Duo Mobile" link.
Duo will now be activated on your Mobile device.
If you have any issues, please ensure you are opening the most recent link from the SMS message
