Mail Assure is an antispam/malware/phishing product that allows the end user to release and train their emails via the emailed reports.
Quarantine Reports
These reports will be emailed directly to you, as long as there are emails in your Spam queue to be Released. If there are no emails eligible for release, you will not receive an email.
Within this report, you can see all of the emails sent to you marked as spam.
Clicking the "View Message" link on the right of each blocked email, you will be able to preview the message that was blocked and be able to release this email to your inbox as needed.
Once you have confirmed the email is legitimate and needs to be released into your inbox, click the Actions toolbar. The release options are detailed below.
Release Options
Clicking the "Release" link will:
- Release the email from the spam queue and deliver to your inbox almost immediately
Clicking the "Release and Train" will:
- Release the email from the spam queue and deliver to your inbox almost immediately
- Submit the email to Mail Assure advising that this was incorrectly marked as spam, allowing Mail Assure to better tailor their Spam Filters
If you need a sender marked as "safe" for your or your whole company, please send an email to helpdesk@consultingit.com.au advising of the users email address to be whitelisted and for what purpose.
