We strongly recommend installing the "Outlook" app for Android, as this handles Microsoft 365 accounts better than the built in Gmail on Android mobiles.
1. Download the Outlook for Android app from Google Play
2. Once installed open the app and select Add Account
3. Enter your work email into this field. Hit continue.
4. Sign in with your login details.
5. You will be prompted to verify your identity, by way of multi-factor authentication.
6. Once confirmed you should now be signed in and ready to use Outlook on your Android device.
