1. Download the Microsoft RD client app from App Store and install it using your Apple ID
2. Open the App and select the + icon on top right corner
3. Select Desktop
4. On the next screen please enter the server name in the PC name field.
If you are unsure of your server name, please contact Consulting IT Support on the details below.
5. Enter Username with the Domain name.
For example: Consultingit\<username>
6. Select Additional options on the PC name screen and enter the Gateway as "rdweb.consultingit.com.au" (for Consulting IT hosted remote access) or "rdweb.yourdomain.com.au", replacing 'yourdomain' with your companies domain name.
