Consulting IT Halo Ticket Portal - Overview

With our new ticketing system comes a new portal!

Head to https://consultingit.halopsa.com/portal and you should be automatically signed in with your Microsoft account. If not, please type in your full username@domain.com along with your password.

Inside the portal you can find the core buttons to gain access to logging and viewing tickets.

Consulting IT Knowledge Base

This will redirect you to our knowledge base website, which contains all our user guides and information. Clicking the "Ticket Portal" button from inside the knowledge base will bring you back to the the Halo Ticket Portal.

Report an Issue

This is the fastest way to get a ticket logged through to our tech team. It will pre-select you as the contact for the ticket, and allow you to give us the needed information along with selecting an impact range (you, your team, your whole company!) and let you upload any files to us as needed.

You can paste images/screenshots into the Details section as needed:

Open snipping tool and capture the needed information. Once completed, click the Copy icon.

With your cursor inside the ticket details box, either right-click and select "Paste" or press CTRL and V at the same time.

Quick Support

This is our temporary remote support client that our technicans may point you towards if you are working on a home computer, or our agent is not connecting/installed properly.

You can also access this from our Knowledge base as needed.

My Issues and Requests

All of your tickets will be displayed inside this section. By default this opens to the "Open Tickets" view but you can change this from the drop down to view your closed tickets as needed, along with viewing any tickets we are waiting on your input for.

My Quotations

If there are any quotes in the system from us for you to approve, you will find them listed here. Previous quotes will also be visible for your reference as needed.
