Browse to ConnectWise Control Cloud (screenconnect.com) and login with your ScreenConnect account.
Once logged in, click the "Change Licence" button.
From the plans, at the very bottom click select on the "Free" Plan.
On the next screen click Confirm and Apply.
Your instance is now on the free version which will never expire.
